Last updated: March 7, 2026. These terms of service govern your use of SiteCrawlIQ, our AI-powered SEO and GEO audit platform. By accessing or using SiteCrawlIQ, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Account Registration

To use SiteCrawlIQ, you must create an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. Each account is for a single user or organization and may not be shared.

Service Description

SiteCrawlIQ provides automated SEO and GEO auditing services including website crawling and technical SEO analysis, AI-powered content and optimization recommendations, health scoring across seven weighted categories, PDF report generation and export, Google Analytics and Search Console integration, and API access for programmatic use on eligible plans.

Plans and Billing

SiteCrawlIQ offers a free trial with limited usage and paid subscription plans billed monthly through Stripe. Plan limits include restrictions on the number of sites, crawls per month, AI analyses, and pages per crawl. Usage beyond plan limits requires upgrading to a higher tier. You may cancel your subscription at any time and retain access through the end of your billing period.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use SiteCrawlIQ to crawl websites you do not own or have authorization to audit, attempt to circumvent plan limits or usage restrictions, interfere with the service or other users, reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code, use the service for any illegal purpose, or resell access to the service without authorization.

Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your websites and content. SiteCrawlIQ retains ownership of the platform, algorithms, and service infrastructure. Crawl results and analysis reports generated for your sites are yours to use, export, and share. Our branding and trademarks may not be used without written permission.

Data and Privacy

Your use of SiteCrawlIQ is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We process crawl data to provide the service and may use aggregated, anonymized data to improve our algorithms. We do not access or store the content of pages beyond what is necessary for analysis.

Limitation of Liability

SiteCrawlIQ is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy of SEO recommendations or audit results. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the settings page. Upon termination, your crawl data and analysis results will be deleted within 30 days.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the platform. Continued use of SiteCrawlIQ after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
