When you use our crawling and analysis services, we collect the URLs you submit for auditing, the crawl results and SEO data generated from those URLs, usage data such as crawl counts and feature usage for billing and plan enforcement, and browser information for session management.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide and improve our SEO and GEO audit services, send you magic link emails for authentication, process payments through our payment provider Stripe, generate AI-powered analysis of your crawl data using OpenAI, send you important service notifications, and enforce plan limits and usage quotas.

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored in secure PostgreSQL databases. Crawl data and analysis results are associated with your account and accessible only to you. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit via HTTPS. Session tokens are stored as secure HTTP-only cookies. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Third-Party Services

We integrate with the following third-party services to provide our platform: Stripe for payment processing, OpenAI for AI-powered SEO analysis, Resend for transactional email delivery, Google Analytics and Search Console when you choose to connect them. Each of these services has their own privacy policies governing how they handle your data.

Your Rights

You may request access to your personal data, request deletion of your account and associated data, export your crawl data and analysis results, opt out of non-essential communications, and update your email address through the settings page.
